If you are concerned about the real estate market in light of current events check back here I will be keeping you up-to-date on what is actually happening in the real estate market. For right now the time period from 12/26/19 to 1/6/2020 the showing activity was up slightly to on par with the previous year in that same time period in Minneapolis. I will let you know how this first full week of 2020 goes compared to last year once we have the data. See pictures below (Click on them to enlarge). Excluding current events the numbers look good from the first 1/2 of this year to be a strong real estate market again much like last year. Let’s see! Check back next week. Travis
