Wow! The 2016 real estate market is off to a fast start!  The inventory levels are lower than I can remember ever seeing them at this time of the year. This is a good thing for you if you are selling your home. Right now there are 29.5% less homes for sale in Longfellow, 4.8% less in Mac/Groveland, and 11.2% less in Southwest Minneapolis…(just to name a few) than there were at this time last year. Compared to 8% less homes overall in the Twin Cities Region. I have to ask… what are you waiting for? Just recently I saw mortgage interest rates at 3.65%!  There are a lot of buyers out looking right now. If you are planning to sell, it’s go time!  You can fetch top dollar for your home this time of the year.  Homes selling better in the summer because your flowers are in bloom is a myth. Real estate is all about supply and demand. Right now the supply is low and the demand is high. Both are music to your ears if you are selling your home.
